So had an appointment with the midwife this morning and got the all clear physically - Uterus and ovaries are the right size and back to normal, cervix is right where it's supposed to be, etc. She said that when we're ready we can start trying again. I don't think that I've O'd yet - all OPKs have been negative thus far. But my temp dipped a bit on Tuesday and the last couple of days it's been climbing slowly... so maybe I did?? I'm so new to all of this that I'm not sure about anything. I did have some good CM earlier in the week and some pinching in what felt like my left ovary over the weekend...

I also know that it's still early after my loss and my body could be doing anything. We've been DTD like crazy this week, not using anything so I'm hanging on to the slim hope that I might be one of those that just never gets AF after a loss and jumps right back on the wagon!

It's at least nice to know that my body is coping well...
