Has anyone used them? I tried googling fish oil and infertility and fish oil and pcos. What I read till now is encouraging me to start taking them and see what happens.

anyone has any experience with them? does it help to get a bfp? also, should i start them at the beginning of the cycle or when i want? I'm starting Follistim on cd3 (when AF shows up sometime next week or the week after)

I've never taken them but I know other ladies on here have. I wouldn't think it would hurt to start at any time because it is a natural supplement. You could always call your doctors office and make sure though because I don't know how it would react with the Follistim. Good luck hun!

I take Fish Oil, but I mainly started when I found out I was pg because it is supposed to be good for brain development. When I had my m/c, I just kept taking it. It's supposed to be really good for you all around and excellent for heart health. I don't know about the benefits (if there are any) with TTC. Someone on another thread mentioned it being used to help with CM.

I take fish oil for the brain development of the baby when I get pregnant. I think they are a good thing to take regardless of rather they help with TTC or not. I think a bonus would be aiding in TTC. I take mine daily with the prenatal that I take.

I ditto that taking fish oil or fish oil supplements (Omega3) is good for your health and good for brain development. Take it daily pregnant or not.
