My chart is beyond strange since the M/C, which I was told it would be. I get so excited 2 days in a row of high temps, thinking "yes tomorrow will be high and I have ovulated," I'm not TTC until this AF gets here but I want it here NOW. Well after the 2 high days the next day it plummets and then I'm having some brown spotting (only on TP). It stops and the whole chain starts again!!

Anyone else chart during the M/C and notice crazy peaks and dips? I know AF can take 4-6 weeks to get here but I'm getting antsy!

Can you post your chart? It helps to have a visual. I temped right after my m/c and actually it was fairly normal. I didn't O until CD 20 and had a shorter LP, but I didn't experience what you're going through. I'm sorry it's so frustrating. I know how excruciating that post-m/c cycle can be. You are dealing with grief, yet anxious to get back to TTC at the same time. I hope it regulates for you soon.

I had completely forgotten too but let's see if this works (assuming you use FF):

Go to "Account"=>"Settings"
Click on "Home Page Settings"
You will see the link to your chart. Underneath that, click on "Get Sharing Code/Buttons"
Copy the bbCode one for message boards and then you can paste that right in your post or on your signature.

I hope that works!

WOW you are right your chart is crazy. You might be one of the people who benifit from vaginal temping.
I would try to use OPKS rather them temping until you get your first A/F.

I know it's really bad! It's never looked like this! Kind of freaking me out but I'm holding onto my body just has some trauma It's all most like it wants to O but then registers some HCG and doesn't? I hope it stabilizes soon!

Looking at it closer you are still tesing + for HCG until like 2 days ago correct?
That may be what is causing the temps to be so crazy.
Now that you put hpt as - it might be another 2-4 weeks before you ovulate. Just keep temping and using OPKS.
waiting for A/F or post MC ovulation is always the hardest cycle to get through.

After a loss your cycles can be all out of whack because your hormones aren't normal. I would suguest using OPK's as well.

I can't remember how to do that, unfortunately. I managed to figure it out before so I might be able to figure it out again. I'll see what I can come up with.

I agree with the others that your body is probably just still out of whack after the m/c and things will probably calm down now that you've tested negative. I hope it happens soon for you!
