prenatal vitamins make me want to vomit my guts up!

some days those things are worse than others, but today....blahhhhhh....

ick...I hate them. I think I hate taking them more when I don't even have a BFP yet, but I know that it is almost more important to take them before, than after even. So, I will choke the nasty things down for now. lol. This is after switching to the least pukey brand I could handle. Oh, the joys of TTC

They have one at Walmart and Target that are chewy prenatal vitamins. My friend takes them and says they are so much easier because she doesn't do pills.

I take mine at night, so I'm not sure if they would make me pukey during the day. The gummy ones are a good idea though!

thanks! I am going to try those then! I don't want to end up not taking them because they are so hard on my tummy.....so I am definitely going to give those a try!

I know I was taking ones with a lot of iron and they were horrible. I had to switch to one with less iron.

Mine are not bad other than them being horse pills & they make my urine look green. But they are prescription.
Only time I have issues getting them down is when preggo.
