well, the dr. just called back. Unfortunately....My HCG was -1!!!!! negative one...wow. I didn't know it could even BE a negative number...like, you are DEFINITELY not pregnant! wow. I knew that it was highly unlikely that I would have tested positive that early, but not get a neg. number. that is disappointing. I am counting myself out this cycle though because i think it would have already been at a 3 or 4 at this point, at least trying to go up, you know.I am 9dpo today. well...guess I will take my antibiotic so I don't suffer at work tonight.

*** update****
so, it was driving me crazy... the whole -1 thing, and so I went in and picked up my lab. for future reference there is no such thing as a negative number result!! It was <1 (meaning less than one...otherwise known as 0) lol. that MA was an idiot. I had a feeling. So...not a good update or anything...just wanted to clarify that!

thanks guys..i am trying to stay positive i guess, thinking that, there is a huge possibility that it hasn't implanted yet,(since I was only 7-8dpo yesterday) therefore no hcg yet. i looked online and couldn't find anything about a negative hcg! anywhere. I also began to think, is it really possible, to have less than 0?? lol. I almost began to wonder if the negative, was for (negative for pregnancy, then a ONE for the hcg number..the Medical assistant had no idea, and didn't even know that a quant. hcg would give you a number) who knows...only time will tell I guess!
