But I am confused because it does not give a MG on it, it breaks each ingredient down. It lists soy as 55mg so should I go by that?

But any way I can feel A/F on her way so I'm looking onto the next cycle. Going to go for soy and musinex this next cycle.

I'm stressed out about being due in May because I have a lot of jobs booked already for that month, but then again I think I should not let my job get in the way of making my family larger. I keep going back and forth about that.

Well crap how do I know if I got a good one or not? Soy Isoflavones Super Strentgh by Vitamin Shoppe - VS-1595 - at The Vitamin Shoppe
On my bottle it says the active soy iso is 55mg
So is this the wrong kind.
Now I'm scared if I try to order some online I won't get it in time.

I don't know anything about soy, but I'm pretty sure I'm giving it a try this next cycle as well (which should start around Thursday hopefully). Good luck with it!!! Keep us posted on how it works or if you have any side effects.

I am doing soy next month. I have DH on supplements in hopes of helping his sperm count so we will be not trying not preventing for 3months but I want to see what soy will do to my cycle before November. My doctor wanted to put me on 50mg of clomid cycle days 3-7 to help my eggs. I heard that you take double of soy as you would clomid, I would personally say to try 80mg of soy the first cycle and if it doesnt help with ovulation then the next month try 120mg as to not alter ovulation that much if the lower dose would help.

I don't know anything about soy either. I have done the mucinex though. I usually take it about 3 days before O and then stop when I O. It helps with the EWCM big time!! I haven't gotten pregnant though.

Keep us updated on the soy I just might try it in the next few months.

When I did soy, I tried 80mg and it did nothing for me, then I jumped to 160mg 'cause I was impatient, and it moved my O day up to CD 19. (Just a reminder that I'm usually in the late 20's.) I probably should have tried 120mg in between, but I didn't want to waste a cycle experimenting

I also took that exact same kind that Katie posted the pic of.

I take the same kind that Katie posted too. Last cycle I took 80 mg and it did nothing. This cycle I upped it to 120 mg. I'm not sure yet what will happen but I'm hoping for an earlier O. I definitely recommend getting the stuff from Walmart. I think the bottle is $6 or something like that.
