So I'm on CD 24 after my loss.... I've been temp charting and using OPKs and I've had no sign of ovulation. I've had PMS symptoms, some cramping, sore BBs, etc. My cycle before my pregnancy was a pretty regular 25 days.
I'm wondering how many of you just flat out didn't O the cycle after your loss and how many O'd late and how late. And has anyone turned up pregnant without knowing they've ovulated??
Thanks!

Are you on the same cycle as your loss... Like was CD 1 your miscarriage or is this a new cycle. For a couple months after a loss our bodys do crazy things.

Yup... same cycle. CD 1 of this cycle was the day I passed everything. I'm expecting weirdness, I guess I'm just impatient. I'm feeling AF-y, but I know that hormonally I'm really scrambled.
It's just so hard to calm down and just wait...

Well yes, there's allot of women who do NOT ovulate post loss... some do but really late and a handful who do turn up pregnant. I've had a pregnancy post loss before AF arrived however it ended in a second back to back loss. Allot of times I would O late or it would look like I was gearing up to O and not sure if I ever did.
I wouldn't worry too much it can take up to 6 months for your body to get back to normal post loss...

On the same cycles as a loss I would o really late or not even O at all.
I hope you O soon or a/f shows so you can move onto a fresh cycle.
To answer your earlier Question..... Yes I did get pregnant on the same cycle as a miscarriage but it ended in an ectopic. You can view my charts but you really can't compare to what happen with others because all our body's seem to do different things.

I also did not O after two of my loss's. It took about 2months to get my cycles back to normal and I did chart too. Good luck to you, praying that your body figures things out quickly and your cycle gets to normal!!

I did not O before AF arrived. I'm hoping your body gets back to normal soon. I know it is so hard to deal with the loss and on top of it all your body is nuts.

So here we are on CD 25... still neg OPK, but huge temp dip this morning and lots of CM today. At this point I feel like I'm just waiting for AF to get here and see if that knocks me back to normal. I do have to say though, that until yesterday I'd been gaining weight, feeling bloaty, no matter what I did. Today feels different. Maybe the tincture my midwife gave me is kicking in, maybe my body just finally got it, maybe I'll be back to feeling that way again tomorrow. But it does give me a little hope that progress is being made.
And if I do end up being just a couple of weeks behind what's normal for me, I should be set up just perfectly to ovulate again at the end of Aug and DB loves the idea of making a "playa baby" while we're at Burning Man! LOL!

Does it contain vitex (chastetree berry) I was taking it post this loss and I got my first AF pretty much ON TIME! (approx 28 day cycles, sometimes 25) Vitex is the women's wonder herb!

I think with my first loss I didn't ovulate that next month.

Nope but I'm taking an herbal tincture that my midwife gave me that has Vitex... I've been taking that for about the last five days so that might have to something to do with my feeling different as well.

I am pretty sure I didn't O until my 3rd cycle post m/c. My first two cycles were really off, and I bled for 12 and 13 days. My third cycle was our first attempt at TTC, and I got a positive OPK around the time I normally would ovulate. It takes time for the body to fully recover. Hang in there!

It was half and half for me. Sometimes I would O right after my loss and sometimes I wouldn't. ((HUGS))

Thanks all... I'm just so bad at being patient. I've never done this before - tracking my body, wanting so badly to be pregnant RIGHT NOW! Today there's a big parade in town that starts right in front of the store and all the moms are bringing their little ones in to use our restrooms. It's so hard!
And then I feel guilty for saying that when some of you have been trying for so long and I have no idea what that's like.... Thank you so much for being a place to vent!

I didn't O this cycle after M/C. I just received AF this morning! Hoping she hurries on through to try again! I hear though it's possible to not O for a few cycles though?
