Did your cycles go back to normal after you loss?
How far along were you when you had your loss as I am assuming this makes a difference in how your first cycle will be?
Did you O that first cycle?

We are going to TTC again right away this month in hopes for a May sticky bean. But I just want to know if I am setting myself up for a depressing AF because of not even Oing that first cycle?

Hope this makes sense.

Thanks Ladies

Did your cycles go back to normal after you loss? Not right away, usually within 3 up to 6 months they would be normal. But having had multiple losses over the past few years I don't even know what's normal anymore.

How far along were you when you had your loss as I am assuming this makes a difference in how your first cycle will be? Nope it doesn't, every loss and every cycle post loss is basically post-partum... no two are the same in the same woman, nor are they the same in different women to compare to.

Did you O that first cycle? I have ovulated after MC, but my cycles were so screwy there was no telling when it happened and I wasn't always really tracking it that first cycle post losing our LO.

I just want to know if I am setting myself up for a depressing AF because of not even Oing that first cycle? Don't expect it, more than likely you may not ovulate because of risidual hormones... but you might. Just give yourself this time off to not stress and let yourself greive... you just went thru something tragic in your life both emotionally and physically.

My first cycle after my loss was relatively normal except for a large than normal amount of bleeding during AF and extremely bad cramps. I was at 11 weeks when I had my loss. My first cycle lasted 28 days which was normal for me and I O'd on day 15 which was about my norm. I am on my second cycle and I a just had a positive OPK on day 12 which should put me O'ing soon.

I know that everybody is different and most people have nutty cycles after their loss. I'm thankful that mine has been relatively normal. Hope your cycles become normal soonl. I'm so sorry for your loss.

Did your cycles go back to normal after you loss? I had the loss in January and my cycles are still not back to normal, I am not ovulating right anymore.

How far along were you when you had your loss as I am assuming this makes a difference in how your first cycle will be? My loss was between 6 and 7 weeks

Did you O that first cycle? No, and I still don't ovulate correctly

I'm on CD 28 of my first cycle after my loss. I was 11 weeks along. I started temp charting and using OPK's on CD 10, but my body hasn't really "felt" completely back to normal until about five days ago. I'm now having some things that make me think my body might be trying to O, but I'm mostly expecting that I'll get AF before that happens.

We've decided to NTNP for the next few months and see what happens. I'm only charting so that I know what's going on with my body. I've heard that it's all over the place and there are a huge range of ways that the hormones can affect our bodies.

It's really hard to be patient, especially when you're ready to jump back in and TTC again. I'm really sorry that you're having to deal with loss and hope that your body recovers quickly and gets back to your normal.

Hugs.
