This is kind of what drove me to get back on JM and find some support (aside from my question in the first post)

I've been doing pretty well emotionally with everything since it happened, but had a trigger this weekend. We were at a family part and when I greeted one of my uncles, he pointed at my belly and asked if I had another one in there.

*** is wrong with people? I should just let it go, but it really did upset me.

I'm so sorry that happened to you. I know alot of people especially men don't think before they speak. I'm sure that just added to the pain of your loss. I'm so sorry about your loss.

I would have pointed at his stomach, which is most likely not as trim as he'd like it to be and say "Same thing that's in yours".

Ha! I'm just not that quick on the uptake. At the time I just froze.

((HUGS)) I am so sorry. Some people need a filter on their mouths. There are some things just completely inappropriate to say and that is one of them.

Some people really do need a filter.

Saying that kind of thing is rude regardless of the fact that you had a loss. The loss makes it sting so much worse. Sorry he was such a jerk.

Oh I am so sorry! It's unbelievable how insensitive some people can be! It is never ok to say that to any woman, and like the others have said...after a loss, it hurts so much more!
