I dont know, im taking some time away from the dr for a few months and hes wanting to go on a diet and such to improve his health as well as myself. I just dont get how it went down so much in such a short time. I dont want a doctor hounding about tests and meds and such, want to take some time to wrap my head around this all and as we all do research research research lol

I am sorry about the bad news! I think that the track you both are thinking of going down is good as the motility and health of the sperm is depending on the health of the man of course unless he has had an injury to it. Eat healthy and excercise is the best.

The whole reason James and I did IVF was because his SA's were getting worse and worse each time we had one. The doctor recommended Fertility Blend for him and put him on clomid. His counts always varied, but his motility and morph kept getting lower and lower. He went from 15% motility to 95% motility after 2 weeks of taking clomid. You should have your doctor prescribe some for him and put him on Fertility Blend.
