For the last couple of days, I have been really emotional and I have no idea why. I will cry at the most ridiculous things. I am right around ovulation (hopefully) so that's the only thing I can think of that might make me this way. Do any of you know if ovulation can cause irrational emotions?

Yes it can!!!! I used to feel like that more when I was preg though. I kept on crying for nothing and I felt pretty stupid about it

Any type of hormonal shift could probably cause it. Maybe you're having an extra good ovulation?

I'm sorry you've been so emotional. I don't think I have ever been like that around ovulation time but this is the first time I have really paid attention to my ovulation so I'm not sure. I do know when I was pregnant, I was crazy emotional.

Hopefully it's related to ovulation and you catch that eggie this month!!!

Ok thanks ladies! Courtney, I would be psyched if it's an extra good ovulation! It definitely feels like pregnancy emotions...just crying for no good reason or from seeing something cheesy on tv. It must be some kind of hormonal surge. Oh well, better that it make me emotional than make my face break out!
