Last month, I had a chemical and AF ended up being a little over a week late. I started AF on August 1 and it still hasn't completely stopped. I'm pretty sure I am ovulating now though, but I'm still getting icky old blood when I wipe. Anyone ever had that happen before - ovulation before AF is completely gone? I'm not trying this cycle because I wanted to give my body some extra time since waiting only one cycle after my mc obviously didn't work out so well. I just want to be normal again!!!

((HUGS)) I have not O'd before AF has left but I'm sure since some women O early they have. I hope your body goes back to normal quickly for you. It's so frustrating when we don't know whats going on with our own bodies.

Technically ovulations is based on your first day of your period so its possible. Not the best but still possible. Sorry your body seems off. I hope next cycle when you are ready to try it is all back on track.

Thanks ladies. I hope it gets back to normal soon too. According to when AF started, ovulation was pretty much right on time for me. It's just weird that I've been bleeding so long. I actually started spotting even earlier than the 1st, but it didn't get heavy until the 1st. Then is slowed down to where I thought I was done by the end of the week and then a few days later it picked up speed again, this time the blood was all dark and yucky. At this rate, I may wait a few cycles before TTC again.

I think it depends on whether you had a d&c or not. When I m/c i did not have a one and ended up seeing blood on and off for nearly 3 months. Thing is when I lost the sac when it detached itself there was a gash like wound and it up taking a bit to close. That is why I kept on seeing blood. OB saw it when I went for the TVUS to check that everyting was ok

Btw if even if ur still seeing blood you can still have O's.
