mmm sounds a bit stupid maybe but do it every other day, put your feet up afterwards and prop a cushion underneath you while doing it.

i need tips on how to start enjoying it again (instead of feeling like two robots that have gone in for a change of oil and filter)

For me personally, I have found that charting my cycles with temps and OPK's have really helped to give me an idea of what is going on with my body. It has been such an education for me.

It takes three licks to get to the center of a Tootsie Roll Tootsie Pop.

What? That's not the type of wisdom you wanted?

Ok.

Try not to worry about what you can't control. Also, should you get pregnant, try to not worry about how things can go wrong. Just do the best you can to be healthy and enjoy everything as it happens.

During the 2 WW to O, give yourself a break- eat or drink things your not suppose to have later.

(hard one for me)- It is rarer to get pregnant the first couple of cycles trying than trying for a while. Realize that it is not a race, but a journey and for some it takes a little longer. For some the longer journey makes the end result feel a little more richer for the pain suffered along the way.

Tips to keep the romance alive is don't make it a habit of doing it because you have to. Seduce him Send naughty texts/emails to him and encourage him to do the same. Bring back the spice!
