A little TMI, so fair warning....

I had a D&C near the end of May to clear out remaining tissue, and 4-5 weeks later started my period at the end of June. I had another cycle in July, and just started my third period since the m/c yesterday. The first two actually seemed fairly normal, with minor cramps and small clots. This third period, however (I'm just on day 2) has been more painful and I have had larger clots. I had cramps at odd times this past month, and now I'm wondering if there may be some tissue that I'm finally getting rid of, but I have no idea if that is even possible. I'm also wondering if, since we started ttc this cycle and I did feel cramps within the window of implantation, if I might have had a very early m/c.

Just wondering if anyone has had anything like this happen before. It's not really bad enough to bother with a doctor visit, unless it continues I guess.

I actually had a normal/light AF the month after my D&C and then the next 2 months had horrible ones that were long, heavier and lots of clots & cramping. ((HUGS)) If you feel like something isn't right though I would suggest calling your doctor.

Trying to remember, but I think my first was fairly 'normal', then the next one or two like Katie were a little heavier. I did cramp at weird times of and on fro a couple of months. Don't know if it was the D&C, stomach bug, nerves or a combination.

I didn't have a D&C, but my first few periods were crazy heavy.

Hmm, I had a D&C around that timeframe as well. My first period was really, really heavy (around 5-6 weeks after the D&C), my second was fairly normal and my third was just...odd. It was several days longer than normal, I had really odd cramps at various points in the cycle, and then 2-3 days of very light spotting before AF finally arrived. My OB didn't seem concerned, just indicated that my body is still "getting back to normal" after the m/c.

Oh, thanks! It's actually reassuring that I'm not the only one who had something like this.

Shadeauxe, the pics in your signature are always ****** hilarious, btw!
