So I was at a gift shop yesterday and I stumbled into the baby section well they had a section of baby clothes supporting all the colleges around.... Well since it was in Provo, Utah of course they had tons of BYU clothes and just in the center all alone was some University of Utah little, red booties and blanket. Well BYU and U of U are hardcore rivals... Well DH and I both go to U of U and we are Utes through and through... In a sea of blue... I HAD to buy them... So here they are...



When I went and bought them the cashier was like "Would you like a gift bag?" I said "No, they are for me" she said "Oh how far along are you! Your so tiny" I said "Oh Im not pregnant... but I hope I get to use these one day" She looked at me so weird.

Hahahah. I am so crazy! Buying baby stuff when for one Im not even pregnant and for two I dont know for SURE if I will ever have a baby.

Anyone else do something this weird? Haha

I have a ton of baby stuff from my first pregnancy. It is in 10+ totes and in the basement. I still cannot get myself to even go through it. Someday though I don't think it's crazy! You WILL get to use it!

Before I had DS, and actually before I even had my first loss, I bought a baby blanket I fell in love with. It's nothing fancy I just loved the color and it was so soft.

I only bought a couple of things while I was pregnant, but I still haven't put them away. The little outfits are still hanging on the bookshelf in our bedroom and I look at them everyday, anxious for the chance to actually use them!

I don't think you're crazy at all and I think that sometimes you have to do things like that to keep your hope alive! Just keep having faith that you'll get that little Ute baby!
