AF showed this morning and I'm not taking it well at all. I am planning on having a few too many cocktails so I want to apologize ahead of time for any potential incoherent posts I may make. Once I'm done with this day of self-pity, I'll be fine. I just need to stew for a day.

I knew you all would understand! I was totally freaking out this morning when she showed and I didn't have my JM ladies! I mentioned to Katie that I needed my support group and it is so true. It really is a support group. I talked to my BF and he tries to understand and comfort me but he can't truly get it. And he can't comfort me, no matter what. It's not his fault at all and I totally appreciate his efforts, but only you all really understand and can truly relate. I kind of feel bad for him today because the weather is bad and he can't go out on his lobster boat with this wind...so he is stuck with me being all emotional and soon to be intoxicated. Oh well...I've dealt with him drunk on more than enough occasions so it's his turn now! I think what's hit me the hardest this time around is the fact that my 38th birthday is just in a couple of weeks and I am not going to be pregnant so I'm totally dreading it.

I hate that you've been here this long Katie...but at the same time, I'm glad because I've had the chance to get to know you. One thing for sure is that you deserve to graduate...and soon! I just hope that you'll still come back to cheer the rest of us on, as I'm sure you will!

Well, I never ended up getting drunk like I planned. I hung out with my brother and then went to bed early. I got an amazing night's sleep though and that felt great. So now I'm well-rested with no hangover. I think I made the right decision!

well good for you! I have noticed that if I plan to get drunk- I don't. If I plan on having one or two small drinks, I end up tipsy. Been a long time since I was really drunk.
Oh and since I'm pagan, that's why the joke about calling me out. A lot of pagans are classified as witches !
