Do you prop your hips up after you DTD?
Do you lay in bed for awhile?
Do you think this makes a difference?

Do you prop your hips up after you DTD? Sometimes I do, but not always.
Do you lay in bed for awhile? I try to lay in bed for at least 20-30 minutes
Do you think this makes a difference? Laying in bed definitely makes a difference. Sometimes I use the Instead Cup too and that makes a HUGE difference in terms of leakage.

Do you prop your hips up after you DTD? No.
Do you lay in bed for awhile? yes usually lay in bed for 20 or 30 minutes. I think this helps give DH's little swimmers time to take root.
Do you think this makes a difference? I think it definitely does. If you jump right up and run the bathroom, all the little swimmers might just swim right out.

Do you lay in bed for awhile? Yes, about 15 minutes
Do you think this makes a difference? It probably doesn't, but I liked to think it did.

I do right around O time and then lay there for 15 minutes or so. I have no idea if it makes a difference but figure WTH it doesn't hurt anything right

This is pretty much my thought process exactly.

Do you prop your hips up after you DTD? Usually I do- but only when it is truly for TTC
Do you lay in bed for awhile? Yes, I try to stay laying down for at least 20 minutes.
Do you think this makes a difference? I think so, I look at it the same as the doctor having me lie there for 15 minutes after an IUI.
Confession- when we first started TTC I would basically stand on my head, either propping my legs up on the wall, or hanging off the side of the bed.

I did when we conceived DD, but when I conceived with the last pg I didn't prop myself up. I also laid in bed for about 20 to 30 minutes after DTD with DD, with this last pg I did not necessarily always do that, although I may have conceived the couple of times I fell asleep right after...lol!
I am not sure if it made a difference or not, but I, too, do it when trying to conceive and plan on it when we start TTC again! Can't hurt!

Do you prop your hips up after you DTD? Nope.
Do you lay in bed for awhile? Yeah, usually for at least 20 minutes or so. Not because I've really thought about it helping to TTC but because we're big cuddlers!
Do you think this makes a difference? I dunno... makes sense that it would... of course now I'll be thinking about it!

Do you lay in bed for awhile? 5-30 minutes depends on if I am lazy or not.
Do you think this makes a difference? No I dont but I do it anyway. I have gotten pregnant 2 times not trying where I ran to the bathroom right after.

You are not alone. I did this every cycle we TTC since 2005. The only one I didn't was the IUI cycle, and trust me, while I was laying there in the RE's office for 20 minutes I totally looked to see if there was a way I could do that.

Do you think this makes a difference? I think it does. I agree with Sam its like after you have an IUI and the doctor makes you wait for 20 mins.

I'm guilty of all three. Funny thing is that the cycle I did manage to get pregnant I didn't do any of those three coz i figured what the heck he didn't find any follies in there so it's a wasted cycle

Do you prop your hips up after you DTD? No, I lay on my stomach.. I have a very very tipped uterus, and read somewhere that that way is better, plus the two times I have gotten pregnant is from doing it that way and staying on my stomach
Do you lay in bed for awhile? Yep, usually I fall asleep that way but if I have to pee or something I try to wait at least 20-30 minutes. As long as I can, really.
Do you think this makes a difference? I think it does.. I mean, if I get up right away it ALL comes out (tmi) so how are the little guys going to even have a chance to sprint to the top lol.

Do you prop your hips up after you DTD? I have never thought of doing this since every pregnancy even with my loss was a surprise........maybe I'll try it out if I ever get AF. Convinced now that shes never going to come.
Do you lay in bed for awhile? I do do this partly to keep the little swimmers in partly so I dont get the sensation of "drippage" lol
Do you think this makes a difference? I'm not sure about the propping up the hips part since I have gotten pregnant 4 times without ever doing that. Laying in bed for a while I think that it does make a difference because of gravity.

I usually only prop my hips up while laying in bed because it all comes out otherwise. I cannot just "lay" in bed, otherwise I'd be laying in a puddle of yuck. Most of the time I waddle to the bathroom trying to make sure I keep it from pouring on the ground with my hand.
Also, I LOVE the instead cup. You can leave it in all night. I used it years ago and just started using it again. I took it out the other morning and I still had all the "stuff" up in there. My hubby brings it to me after he has O'ed.
