I just started to get shooting pains at my lower abdomen area... First started at the left and somewhat in the lower belly button... I'm lightly spotting but not constent... Not really typical of AF...
ouch.... I'm going to read up to see signs of implantation spotting and pains.....

Please, please please call your doctor and see if you can get in ASAP! I do not mean to scare you but if it's really painful you could be having an ectopic. Please KUP!

I agree with Katie, implantation and spotting usually is more dulled cramping, call your doc and see what they say. KUP! Fingers crossed for you!

Implantation bleeding is more like very dull cramps if at all. If you are getting any type of shooting pain, I would check that out.

Is the pain in the middle or more to your side?
my ectopic pain was on the side but I also had pain that felt like a possible bladder infection and tons and tons of presure from the top of my belly down to my butt. I was spotting for about a week then it turned into full blown blood, I was on progestrone and blood thinners so that could have effected things.
Please call your DR first thing in the morning or go to the ER tonight if the pain gets to bad.


I hope its just a crazy A/F getting ready to start and nothing serious.

Looking at your chart I can't see where you O'd. To me it looks like an annovulatory chart. Definitely keep an eye on your pain and go in if you feel you need to. Hope I'm wrong and you are pregnant!

Hey Ladies! Thanks for your thoughts... The shooting pains didn't last as long.. I decided to ride it out... I feel better today... I have a dr's appointment on the 7th to get checked up.... So embarassed...
