Hmm not sure. It worked fine for me. You could try using a different browser. I use firefox.

Heather, I use Safari. Sometimes it could be that the newer IE browser like 8 perhaps have some compatibility issues. You can select compatibility mode on the IE browser.

I use firefox too. I do have a mac, I don't know if that would matter. Surely not, because I know a lot of people on here have them. hmmm...well, maybe it was just a fluke. thanks ladies.

I use firefox on the mac and it worked. Usually it gives you a message when it doesn't work.
