I know "diagnose me" posts are so annoying, and I apologize in advance but I could REALLY use some guidance or opinions after a really rough night. My ins. doesn't cover infertility and we haven't done much looking into me yet but we've been TTC our second for a year now with no luck so far.

I've been looking into Endo after I thought my sister had it (but I talked to her today and I guess it was never confirmed) and I have a lot of the signs/symptoms. I get cramping throughout the majority of the month, nausea a lot, and (TMI) diarrhea around AF time, or really when I am cramping bad. Sex used to hurt all the time, but not again until recently. My issues are on and off (went away when was pregnant with DS, and then just now started coming back almost 2 yrs after having him). The last two cycles have been REALLY rough on me.

Last cycle I cramped bad on and off (pain level maybe 6) from ovulation until AF came. I bled REALLY bad with clots, but only for 3-4 days (never long periods, and usually fairly light except lately- thats what throws me off). This cycle I am doing just absolutely terrible.

I am ovulating, well that I know of anyway. Cervix is wide open and soft, but I have terrible terrible cramping. Last night my pain level was an easy 8, and I have a very high tolerance for pain. I was curled up in a ball all night with the heating pad with what felt like labor pains We didnt even get to DTD and nothing keeps me from that when I am ovulating!!

Tonight it feels it will start again. On and off level 5ish cramping all day, and now getting worse and worse as the night goes by and right now I'd say its a 6ish, but getting worse. I feel like I'm going to throw up and last night I had diarrhea terribly and just an overall sick feeling.

Once in a while (Idk if this is related or not) I get a super sharp pain, that feels like a string being pulled on, from my bellybutton straight down. It's when I twist a certain way and I have to lay down all of a sudden.. but it only lasts a day or maybe two so I never look into it.

Periods are always on time within a few days, never usually more than 5 days, and never too heavy (but always with clotting).

Does this sound like any of ya'lls experiences with endo??
I can read the pages online but hearing it first hand helps soo much more.. my doc wants to look into DH's sperm count and all that jazz before looking into something that could be my issue.

I'm worried that if it's not from endo than maybe I need to go to the doc (again, ugh ) for maybe complications from my (early) miscarriage a few months ago. :/

Again, thank you to ANYONE that can help at all!! I REALLY appreciate it!!!

ETA: One more thing I forgot to mention. When I get my bad cramps I also feel a hugeeee "pressure" feeling on my whole pelvic floor, like something is being literally pushed downwards from the inside. I know that makes no sense but that's the best way I can describe it. Last night the pressure was terrible and I got some relief from pushing down (well, up?) on my butt to help relieve some of the pressure :/

I don't have endo type problems but have talked to enough girls on here with it to say that your symptoms do sound like endo from what you described.
Chronic pain of the type that ppl get from endo should be covered - testing and treatment. It's about more than just fertility, it's quality of life as well. Maybe if you talked to the doctor they could frame it like that and have it covered? Good luck and I'm sorry..

It does sound like it could be Endo. Like Judy said that should be covered with insurance because it's not really "fertility" related. I have endo and have my good and bad days with it. I really suggest calling your doctor and getting an appointment to be seen. ((HUGS))

Please do have your doc look into it, both of my sisters have it (one that is only 18) and her treatment has been completely covered (not fertility related at all, just quality of life as mentioned above).
