HCG 12
Pro 10.8
Of course I got the "its not looking good" speach. I said that is only 9 days past ovulation and my period is not due until the weekend. I guess the DR has not even seen it and some how it got sent to the other DR. So she said we will call you later to let you know "IF" they want to do more blood draws.
UGH what does she mean if? Guess I should have waiting until Friday to start draws because they are morons when it comes to very early pregnancy.
****9-2-11 Update****
I am going to keep updating this thread so I dont over load the board with my beta posts and make it easier on the people who may not want to hear about it.
HCG-66 (19 hour double time)
Here is the message my DR left on mychart...."Lindsey, your hormone levels are rising very well. Things look good but very early, I would like to continue to repeat this test in 48 hours since this is so early."
*****9-5-11 Update*****
HCG 182 (32 hour double time).
I know its with in the normal range but why did my heart sink thinking it should be a higher number? I was hoping for something well over 200. Im scared that since they slowed down that much its not good.
So weird thing my DR office said Friday to go repeat labs on Saturday. When I get to the Lab place the guys asks if I know there is orders in for 9-5-11 as well... Um no I did not. So I am not sure what to do because I will have to go to the hospital and get them done and they close in 2 hours... so I was thinking of waiting a day and seeing what the DR office says.
**** 9-5-11 2nd update****
They got my results posted online very fast today.
426 (39 hour double time).... I am starting to get a little freaked out about the fact that the numbers seem to be slowing down on the double time.
I have only had my beta's followed numerious time like this with the ectopic so I am not sure if this is something to worry about or not.
*****9-6-11 Update****
Got this message on Mychart...
"Lindsey, your HCG levels have continued to rise very well, we will plan to do an ultrasound early next week, one of the nurses should call you to schedule this. Keep up the good work."
I think its funny he said " keep up the good work"..lol Like this is all in my control.
Monday the 12th at 2:50 I have my viabilty ultrasound (I am not expecting a hearbeat that early but a sac in the proper place will ease my mind a ton).

Every time you deal with them, it's drama. You should try to find a different doctor. I think my number at 3w4d was 35. I don't know how many dpo that is, but you're definitely earlier than I tested.

I dont know where else to go.
Its just the nurses that I have issues with.
I just have to deal with this crap until I can get in to see the DR... should be around 5 weeks for a sac check.

awww, congrats...you are definitely pregnant! you are soooo early on, that number is to be expected. shame on that nurse for not being optimistic for you. I hate that about this profession. I work with some people that I have NO idea why they went into nursing...a paycheck, i guess? ignore her and enjoy being pregnant

Lindsey I'm sorry about the nurse but I'm glad your doctor is starting you on the progesterone! I hope that your numbers keep going up!

Congrats Lindsey! I have no clue about beta numbers so I am no big help there. I am cheering for you. Glad that your doctor set the nurse straight.

I'm so glad your doctor had the nurse call back and that they're being proactive. I hate that you had to hear such negativity earlier though. That is totally unnecessary! Best of luck with your next tests!! I can't wait to see those numbers rise!!!!

I swear some OB staff people are so uneducated about this stuff and they should know better!!! They should know that that number means nothing until you have had your second draw. The whole "if we decide to send your for another draw" ticks me off. I love the "miscarriage immenent until proven otherwise" mentality that so many offices take. Let us know how the second draw goes!

Totally Awesome Update Lindsey!! Your betas rock for 9dpo!
Just a warning: Morning sickness may come on quicker for you taking the oral progesterone. I ended up having to take zophran as well. I was so sick (and still have occasional morning sickness) but it is worth every single second!
AKKKKKKKKKKKK! totally psyched for you.
