On Friday, I finally BEGGED Tricare into approving my referral for an OB/GYN that I wanted to see here. My friend went to him and he specializes in women over 35 with miscarriage history! So, they kept trying to send me to the military hospital, which would be fine..but they wanted to send me to a reg OB, and I wanted to go to the Infertility clinic, because the dr's are better there, and they focus on this kind of thing obviously. According to their criteria for the infertility clinic, based on my age, and miscarriages, I should have been able to be seen there. They agreed and since they were full at that clinic...are going to let me see the civilian dr. I want! yay!!! that is great news. my appt. is on Sep 20th, and I am really looking forward to talking to him and getting some blood work done. Plus, DH will be home by that date and he can go with me! i know our ttc is kind of on hold for a few months anyways...minus our one month of ntnp, when he gets back this month, but I would love to see if we could get some answers before we really start trying again!
