I was just wondering what the chances of conceiving would be if you were sick?

I think I ovulated on day 16 and we DTD on day 13 and 16,(morning), but we both got a nasty head cold on the evening of day 16 and did not bd anymore during my fertile time. I just wonder how being sick can affect ttc. Any thoughts?
