I was actually going to post something on this yesterday. Yes, I do get ovulation pain - fairly bad. It starts the minute my LH surge starts and it doesn't end until I have ovulated. I almost don't need OPK's at all because of it, but I like them to confirm what is going on. Anyways, for me the o pain is actually worse than AF. It's bad enough that if I wasn't TTC, I would be taking ibuprofen right now. It got so bad last night, I started wondering if anyone else deals with this. I hear about how most women don't even know they are ovulating but I have so much cramping and pressure, I can't imagine someone not feeling anything.

I always get O pain and sometimes it's to the point that I'm in agony for a few hours. My doctor says it's normal with my endo but jeeeeeeeeeeeeeeez it hurts awful!

Before my ectopic I didn't get any o pain at all that I can remember (also could have been because I rarely, if ever, o'd). Now, I am finally oing (on 100mg clomid), and HOLY CRAPOLA! I have had such pressure/cramping pain on my left side since last night. Got my pos opk yesterday, and now the pain today, so hoping I just hurry up and o so I don't have to feel this anymore lol! I called my doc and she said it was normal, but ****, wish it didn't feel like the ectopic was happening again! Good luck to you ladies that will be joining me in the tww!

Normally, if I get it, it's mild. With Clomid, it was crazy, but I was never in agony.

I do get it but it's not too bad. I definitely notice it, but I think if I wasn't TTC I wouldn't be as aware of it. I was worried that it would be really bad with the Clomid, but it didn't seem to make a difference. I'm sorry that you ladies have to deal with crazy painful ovulations.
