I'm so confused! I've had an almost positive OPK for the past 3 days (testing 2x a day) and my boobs have been much more tender then they usually are during ovulation for the past few days but no fertile CM. I keep expecting to have an opk + but nothing happens!

This has never happened before, normally my OPK's would get gradually darker for two days and then I would have an LH surge.

Has anyone experienced this? I'm taking vitex for the second cycle in a row (as prescribed by a naturopath) and last cycle I had an almost positive, and I didn't bother testing again because I assumed I'd be ovulating the next day. I wonder if this is causing the weirdness.

I used to think these OPK were so easy for me, not anymore!

I have experienced this and wanted to say I'm not sure if you have PCOS or not but if you do OPK's sometimes won't work because you can have an elevated LH all cycle long due to the PCOS.

I've had a few times where they get almost positive for a few days before finally going positive. No help on the CM question though.

I don't have PCOS as far as I know (I visited an RE last year, he did a Transvaginal ultrasound and all he saw was a fibroid). I'm assuming it's the vitex, because I've read about delayed ovulation for some people with vitex, and this only started once I started it. I guess I'll mention it to the naturopath when I see her on Thursday.
Tomorrow is CD16, so let's hope it happens!!

I hope it happens for you soon If you still don't have EWCM you can always try PreSeed Lubricant. I buy mine online but I think Walgreens or CVS might have it.
