Ten days of Provera!!!!

I picked up my meds the other day and found out that he prescribed me 10 days of PROVERA! Ten days! I was given 5 days before and thought that was good... I guess it shouldn't hurt... was anyone prescribed 10 days of provera?

when my dr prescribed it to me a few years ago, i think mine was 10 days also. i can't say for sure, but i think I had to take the whole thing, even if your period started before you were done....but don't quote me on it! I hope it helps you and you can get back on track!

I've taken it 3 times now and it's always been 10 days. The reasoning from my doctor was sometimes if you don't take it the full 10 it won't "trick" your body like it's supposed to.
