I just take folic acid (when I remember) I seem to have developed a pregnancy brain for them since I lost the baby

I don't but I should. We are starting Maca supplements sometime this week when they come in the mail, and I am going to start the prenatals probably next month. They make me sicckkk so its hard to want to take them :/
