Hi Im Steph been married to my best friend for 20 years..We have 4 beautiful children ages ranging from 15-5..We lost our angel in 1/10 due to fetal anomalies incompatible with life at about 5 months.

Gave ourselves time to heal and actively started trying to conceive in March of this year. Fast forward to now dr looked at my chart and agreed to put me on clomid for 3 months..I started the clomid on Sunday of this week and in the mean time hubby went and had a semen analysis done..received the results yesterday and basically they were unable to do the semen analysis because his sample did not perform liquefaction in THREE hours.. (from what I read it should be 20 minutes up to an hour).

Anybody have any experience or know anything about this?

Steph mom to 4 ages ranging from 5-15 ttc #5

I'm sorry for your loss, but welcome to the board!
I don't know a lot about sa results like that but it sounds like it may have just been a bad sample or something happened to it. I would definitely have it redone.

I'm so sorry for your loss. My DH's analysis did not have that issue, but I do know that if the sample gets too hot or too cold it can damage the sample - so I would definately have him repeat it. which I'm sure sucks b/c guys hate giving them.
