And BFN. My cycles are all messed up. I skipped a period a couple months ago and now I'm 2 weeks late. I was supposed to track ovulation and start actively trying next month but looks like that isn't going to happen. :/ I'm really frustrated.

Is there any home remedies you guys know to try to make your periods more regular? I refuse to get on anything like birth control to do the trick.

I have heard that Vitex may help (an herbal option), but it's not a quick remedy and takes a few months to really regulate your periods. Other than that, I read to make a period come on Parsley tea could work, but it never did for me (though the taste of both of these options make them not so fun lol). Since you are skipping periods, I would check with a doc and see if you've been ovulating at all. Also, destress your life as much as possible. I know my cycles were really dependent on stress levels for awhile there. Hth! Good luck hun.

I agree with checking with your doctor. You might not be ovulating every cycle. When you have an annovulatory cycle your body can go for very long periods of time with no AF. The doctors can do a BT to check if you ovulated and if you did not can give you meds to bring on AF. They also might want to give you Clomid/Femara to help you ovulate.

I agree with the others. I'm so sorry things are in such limbo for you. I hope your doctor can help kick start things to get you back on track! Keep us posted!

Kaylakay! That sounds like me! My periods are very irregular and found out that I have an anovulatory cycle (no ovulation).
After my loss my Dr put me on two month of BCP (Beyaz) and the third month AF came on about when it was supposed to... But it was short lived because now I'm on cd65... Went to a new dr and he gave me 10 days of provera to jump start AF... and then I am to follow up with clomid.
I heard of half squeezed lemon and water would help in some ways but I really think that it's mental... Not sure if that helps....

Last summer when I skipped a complete cycle I did the parsley tea. It was the yuckiest tasting thing ever and did not help. Blahhhhhh

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS but what I did was take the morning after pill to jump start AF - that worked about 3 days later. Please do not do things I did - I am a little nuts

Honestly what Katie said makes sense. If you are not ovulating then your cycles can go on like this. I would call the doctor and see what your options are. ((hugs))

Thanks ladies... I am just so frustrated! I will call my midwife and schedule an apointment. I usually have pretty regular cycles until these last couple months so I don't know what is wrong with me. I was hoping to stay away from all the fertility meds you guys talk about but looks like I may not have a choice. It feels like TTC runs my life.

I know stress really effects my cycles. I hope things start calming down for you. I agree with the other ladies about calling your doctor to see if she can jump start your cycle.

Once you do start your next cycle, think about trying Soy. It's said to be a natural Clomid option. I don't know ALL of the info on it, but you can check it out here.
