Do you think stress affects your fertility? Why or why not:

I think it probably does. I think that stress affects so many aspects of our health so it is inevitable that fertility would be affected too. It's too bad too, because TTC is such a stressful journey!

Interesting question...I'm not sure. The actual studies on the subject have been inconclusive for the most part. DH has suggested more than once that maybe I should quit my job to see if less stress helps us conceive, but I know that when I got pg with Jack I was under significantly more stress than I am now.

I think it depends on the type of stressor - I think everyday, regular stress, like a job or bad drivers (hehe) do not, that is something that everyone deals with everyday and our bodies and minds are built to deal with them. However, there are other stressors that might push us over the edge in those everyday things that can cause our BP's to be too high or other things to be "off balance" that I think can affect it.

I think Stress can affect your fertility. I think it can effect man and women. When Dh is stressed he doesn't feel like dtd. I know when I was working and my job was putting me under so much stress it effected my cycles and how I felt. Since I quit my job I am much happier and I feel better about life. I think stress played a part in our lossing pumpkin.

I really wish I had an answer to this question, but much more than that I wish how I could stop myself from stressing.

Ppl keep on telling me that I need to stop stressing but when I tell them to tell me how to stop stressing coz I would like to stop they just shut up
