So I have charted before been over 2 years now so I am stumped.
With it fall here in WI we have our warmer sheets and comforter on. Well the last Sunday morning and this morning I woke with temps like 98.5 and 98.2. Last cycle was my first but my preO temps were in the 97s is this my new norm or will my body adjust?
It's hard to say. I would just keep temping and keep an eye on it. Your body may still be adjusting or it could be due to other factors.

True! It has only been 2 days. I know I am no where near Oing so they temps just threw me off as these are normal for me after O. Guess we will see what happens.
It could be the blanket difference and it will be your new "normal". I would wait it out a cycle and see

I was just about to post a similar question. Here it went from the high 80's to mid 50's so we went from AC to heat and my temps spiked really high today and I figured it could just be from the temperature change but I do know I should be O'ing soon. However I dont have any really good charts to compare it too (I suck at temping). So I guess my question is, since fall is approaching is it normal for my temps to be a little wacky?
I agree with Katie. It could definitely be from the temperature change and the need for extra blankets. I think the change in weather can totally affect our bodies as a whole anyway. Other factors, such as lack of sleep, fever, or drinking will also wreak havoc on temps too, but if you rule those out, chances are it's the change in season. Things should even out. Charting temps can definitely be a total PITA.
Thanks for the replies! I will see what happens over the next few days. Temping is a huge PITA but hoping to get some answers of my body along with it.
