I'm getting the progesterone my midwife said to pick it up tomorrow!!!! I'm getting a progesterone gel and I use 100 mgs a day vaginally???? I've never heard of that! How much do you guys use? Anyone use the gel vaginally?
Anyway! I can start this cycle and hopefully all this stuff gives me my rainbow baby! I'm so happy!!!!! I want to get pregnant this cycle so I can tell our families on Christmas...

Awesome! I'm on my first cycle of 100mg oral. FYI, it has made me feel kinda bloated, a tad nauseous, and it makes your stools runny  But, all that is totally worth it if we get healthy babies from it, right?!

Oh so worth it! And my Meformin already does that to me  haha so it won't be new.

If you do the progesterone vaginally it absorbs better than the oral pills and you have less side effects from it as well. The downside is it can be a little messy - plan to lay down for 20 minutes after inserting it and I would invest in some panty liners to absorb any liquid that leaks out. I was on 100mg as well!
When in your cycle do you take the progesterone?

Kayla I really hope this is it for you! The only helpful thing I can tell you is make sure you don't take it until at least 2-3 days after you O. If you take it too early you might not O. I have taken it orally and vaginally. Vaginally is quite messy (TMI) you might want to wear a panty liner and use it right at bed time. If you have any questions you can always PM me

YAY!! My sister did it vaginally, she just laid in bed for about 20 to 30 min after inserting it, I would listen to the ladies above
I am so hoping for your rainbow baby - that would be an awesome Christmas present!!

3 DPO... I am on cycle day 6. AF is almost done just light spotting... So I'll start doing OPK on Friday because my cycles have been a little messed up so I HAVE to really watch those OPKs. Cause since my cycles haven't been regular so I need to watch out.

YAY!! Glad she started you on some! I have only done the cream lotion and the oral pills so no help there. But yes side affects from it range. I had increases sore BBs and I was extra hormonal on it. But totally worth it!

This is exciting! I'm supposed to at some point start taking progesterone as well, but I have no idea how you're supposed to use it and when. I guess my doc will tell me when the time comes as well...

I am happy that your mid wife gave you the progesterone. I am on progesterone as well. I am on 200 mg twice a day. I this is what you need to get your rainbow baby.

I'm on the Crinone gel, it's much much better than the suppositoires and creams. It comes in single applicators, and the stuff doesn't come out. I do get discharge later in the day but its mainly when I wipe, and its more cottage cheesey looking (the carrier after the prgersterone is delivered).
When I was on the suppositores I had to lay in bed 20 minutes just to keep the stupid things in. And they were MESSY!!!
Yay for getting it!!!
