ACK! I was cleaning DD's bathroom yesterday and she was in there helping me and I went to take the shower curtain down and there was a spider on the inside, I shrieked and threw the curtain, she thought that was quite funny and said, oh, oh, then told me it was okay. It might be okay, but mommy does NOT like spiders - haha!
Did he kill it? DH won't kill them, he tries to catch and release them back out into the wild...he will not kill anything, he likes animals/insects more than people I think

I hate them also.

I am so scared of spiders. For some reason this summer they have been really bad at my house. The luck of living in a real old house. Every couple of days I go to war on the spiders. Dh just laughs at me.

Lol oh yes! I would have had honey all over the kitchen floor if I tried that
The spider lived to see another day as it went into the vent under the cabinets. I will not live long if I see it again. Bleh!

Bleh as much as I hate them I try not to kill them if I know they aren't poisonous but I will go out of my way to avoid them. There was a time I went to go outside and walked into a spiders web in the doorway, after calming down and getting the web out of my face I glance at my shoulder and sitting there is this HUGE yellow and black garden spider. Ugh I still cringe when I think about it lol.

Lol they are all around here. It doesn't bother me if they are outside but when there is one in the house there is usually more. DH swears it won't hurt me... I'm still not impressed.

I'm the exact same way as your DH. lol My husband doesn't kill them when I'm around. He's not afraid of them either. We have a pet tarantula and DH actually likes him and holds him sometimes.
One night, we had just returned home from a weekend outing. He walked into the bathroom and turned the light on and proceeded to pee. I heard a rather surprised sounding "OH SH**" from the bathroom. lol I ran over thinking he was hurt or something and he's staring at the floor. He's like (while pointing at a 2 inch wide wolfspider) "That's not our tarantula is it?" I had to do a double take lol I caught the giant wolfie and ran over to our tarantula's tank and there he was happily parked in a corner. Ok, tarantula present and accounted for. I take the giant (probably pregnant female) wolfie outside and set her in our garden. I'm the one who loves the creepy-crawly stuff in my family. lol
