So, I ordered the 40 count OPK/10 count HCG tests that Amazon.com says are Wondfo brand. I received them on Saturday and started with them yesterday morning - I tested in the afternoon also, because I had some minor cramping. Today I have that mild cramping again (which was usually my indication that I was o'ing) and I am not sure, because I am at work, but I think my CM is showing thicker (TMI), the OPK test had a faint test line, def not darker than the control. So, I started to read about the particular tests that I had ordered, of course there are mixed reviews, but one of the reviews stated that the directions say to allow urine to come to room temp - I did not do this, because I am pretty sure mine don't say that. My question, do you think that this may make a difference? I am pretty sure it's early for me to be o'ing at CD11, but perhaps my body is still adjusting since the loss/procedure. I know these are cheapo's and may not be as reliable...

Thanks!

I use them and really love them. you will find mixed reviews on any of them...no matter how much they cost. I love them for the price and, i can use as many a day as I want and don't feel guilty. Mine went from faint, faint line, to blaring dark within 24 hrs, so they don't necessarily get steadily darker. hope you get a good positive! good luck, i wouldn't worry about room temperature.

Thanks! Yeah, even the expensive tests get mixed reviews, I have had success and failure with the expensive ones too, so I know they can go both ways

Glad to hear it isn't the temp! We will see if I get a positive in the next week or so!

I use them, and mine are always a little fainter than the control for 2-3 days before I get my true positive. And I've never done the urine to room temperature thing. It doesn't seem like that should make any difference. Good luck!

I've used them for awhile now and never let them get to room temp. I always gets faint ones before the very positive one

Thanks, I am still only at CD 12, my cycles before the loss were 28 to 30 days, so I should be getting my positive (if I am back to normal) sometime around Thursday to Saturday. Bad thing is, I will be out of town this weekend without DH, hoping that the days leading up to it will catch the egg
