So ladies, I know I have been MIA lately. It's been too hard after last month to post anything or to even think about pregnancy or TTC. I decided to come on and see how everyone is doing. I got some huge surprises! 2 of our long timers are moving on up!

Anyway, I was out of town during the end of last week. My hubby's job had a company retreat, and the spouses were invited. So I got a mini vacation away from everything--just me and him. It was so worth the 4 1/2 hour drive. It was held at a kid's summer camp, so we got to do fun activities like a zip line (not so fun for someone afraid of heights like me, but hey I at least tried it once, lol), fishing, hiking, a lake full of fun toys like slides, rope swings, a floating trampoline, canoes, kayaksm and the blob (I have a good video of me on the blob, lol). So basically it was a bunch of adults getting together and making fools of themselves and not acting their age. It was perfect . I completely left all my anxiety behind and felt normal again--something I forgot what it felt like. I didn't even need to cling to my husband. I got out and made friends! Anyway, it was well needed (and completely paid for, even the gas!), especially since next weekend is our wedding anniversary and we could afford to do anything else. Plus I won us free gift cards to Chilis. Hello free anniversay dinner!

Any who, as for me, I started my soy this month (took it days 5 through 9), and I am supposedly in my fertile period. I didn't get any OPT's, only because money is tight and I literally forgot. Too late now. We have been BD'ing though with no stress or anything. One quick question though: (TMI ALERT!!) yesterday I had TONS of CM, like water almost. Every wipe when I went to the bathroom was full of it. We did not even need any lube last night because of it. Is this normal with soy? It has literally never happened to me before. Does this mean I am ovulating or might have already?? Just curious.

I am hoping the stress free environment will help us. That would be wonderful, but I am not getting my hopes up.

Oh and one more update! I got a letter from the medical board and they have opened an investigation on my RE. Hopefully it ends well for me and they cannot lie and cheat other people out of thousands of dollars.

Man I really hope so. I think I just found some peace and let myself actually relax. I have a loss anniversary coming up too soon, right around our wedding anniversary. I needed out.

Lindsey I have missed you!!!! I'm glad you got away and how awesome is that you won a gift card! I'm glad you also heard back from the medical board as well. I hope you hear back with good news from them soon. As for the soy it didn't do much for me but I have heard other women saying about increased EWCM! I hope it helps bring your sticky BFP

Thanks ladies. I am just going to keep praying that everything turns out ok in the end. Today on my Facebook a lot of people seem to have gotten good news lately. So hopefully I am next! I just cannot seem to catch a break lately, so hopefully there is nothing but blue skies ahead.

Lindsey, I am so glad to hear that you feel like you are in a better place now and have found some peace. The retreat sounds like it was the perfect getaway! I'm really glad the medical board is following up on your complaints... good for you taking the time and effort to get your RE reported, even in the midst of your grief and physical pain. I wish you nothing but the best, and hope to hear happy news from you sometime soon! In the meantime, enjoy your anniversary, have fun with your DH... sometimes taking the pressure off of yourself is the key to some really fun times together!

Lindsey, it sounds like that retreat was exactly what you needed. You totally deserve to be happy and I'm so glad that you were able to get out and just let loose! It sounds like it was a ton of fun!!

I hope that you and your DH have a wonderful anniversary!! That is so great that you won the gift cards so you can have a fun evening together and not have to worry about money!

I am thrilled that they're investigating your RE!! I hope that it turns out in your favor and you get compensated! Definitely keep us posted on that!!

Good luck with the BD! I never noticed any difference in my CM from soy, but that doesn't mean it isn't helping you. Who knows...maybe the stress reduction has helped!

What a cool getaway.... and it was FREE how much better can that get.

I hope soy works for you... I did it in August and I did notice EWCM when months before I had ZERO... but I also took Musinex.

I hope they do something about that DR and the way you were treated.

I'm so glad that you had such an amazing time at the retreat! The two of you deserved that stress free time to yourselves. I hope that the soy and your unwinding time help you this month. I'm also glad that they're investigating. I hope it ends in your favor, because they definitely did you wrong!
