I went to the dr yesterday for my post-op appt after my d&c which was 4 weeks ago. He said he wants me to wait until at least December to TTC. AF showed up today, and I don't want to wait. What should I do? His reason for wanting me to wait is so my I can see what my cycles are going to do post m/c but I don't think it matters.

Personally after my mc (i had a d&c) my ob said that as long as we waited one cycle to make sure everything is ok then we were good to go. I think every doc is different. If you are ready and you want to I say GO FOR IT!!!

I think if you feel ready then go for it. We were told 1 to 2 cycles prefer 2 but we didn't wait at all.

Is your DR a older DR? I have found the older they are the longer they tell you to wait.
I have been told to wait 6 months by one DR and another told me no reason to wait.
My personal preference is to wait for atleast 1 A/F to come.

I say go for it too! My dr told me to wait until AF returned after my D&C to start trying again.
