Something that could tell you immediately whether you have managed to conceive or not.

to both. Those would be awesome. Especially the one to tell if you conceived or not. The other thing I would like to make is a re-usable pregnancy test.

I would love a resuable preg test. It would help me save a lot of money.

lol I can live without those coz I never manage to get a 100% positive.
Lol it would be even better if the reusable preg test would be a digital one

How about an OPK that was 100% guaranteed AND could tell you exactly when you O'd, rather than "24 to 48 hrs" later...lol!

I'ld rather have a test that could tell you if there are any chromosomal abnormalities from the very beginning.

I think that one's top on my wish list. The two week wait is a killer.
Something to monitor the growth of the embryo would certainly put my mind at rest. The two week wait is rough, but given my early losses, the two to four week wait after that to see if the pregnancy is sticking is somewhat worse. It could be as simple as an inexpensive quantitative home betaHCG test, but we might as well dream bigger. :-)

Another thing I would invent is an injection that should be taken at around 4/5 weeks that makes sure to correct any abnormalities that could have happened during conception.

I would invent a "easy button" you press it and whamo your pregnant
In all seriousness though I think a wonderful invention for me would be a pee stick for hormones. You pee on it and it tells you your HCG, Progesterone and Estrodial levels.

I'd love to have something that would magically, instantly get hubby in the mood when I knew the timing was right.

I'd love to invent a minimally invasive diagnostic technique that could tell a woman why she miscarried.

Or a home beta/progesterone test, like checking your blood sugar.
