It feels like this whole year has been a rollercoaster especially the last two months. I had my last period August 13th. It was my first cycle off the Lupron shot. We gave that cycle our. I went two months without a period and was for sure I was pregnant. I laid low because I was terrified I would jinx it! Well we went to the ob Thursday and the test was negative. Not pregnant. I was/am devastated and could not stop crying. I was just so sure. Who would not be sure after missing two periods? My doctor thinks I may have an ovulation problem. I started Provera yesterday to bring on my period. I am going to be doing ovulation prediction kit to see if I am ovulating. If I am not then next cycle I will try Clomid. I am just glad that we have a plan. I am full off hope and am ready to make us a baby!

Big HUGS! Everybody needs a break now and then and we all understand that. I am so sorry that your last cycle was so disappointing. Good luck this cycle

HUGS! I am ss that you had to go through that, but you sound like you have a very positive attitude now. Unfortunately, at the time that we go through these things, it seems like the end of the world, but time does heal for the most part!

GL and I hope that the provera helps!

Big Hugs. I went through that last summer. I skipped 2 cycles but was not pregnant. TTCAL is such a rollercoaster at times. I hope you get pregnant soon.

Are you charting at all? I had a very long cycle and needed to go on provera to bring on a friend too. If I wasn't charting it would have been hard to find that my cycle was annovulatory. Good luck to you.

Oh wow! I am so sorry you've gone through all of that! What a devastating blow!! I really hope the Provera helps and you can get to the bottom of this on your next cycle. Just a word of caution though, a + OPK doesn't necessarily guarantee that you are definitely ovulating. You can have an LH surge without ovulating. It definitely helps to back it up with temping...because that will confirm ovulation occurred. Please keep us posted on how you are doing! I hope that you don't have an ovulation problem and that this was just a fluke. If it is an issue, then I'm sure the Clomid will help a lot! Sending tons of prayers that you have a great, natural ovulation next cycle and get your BFP!!
