After my miscarriage, I needed some support so I decided to seek out a book to read. I stumbled upon a book called, "Knocked-Up, Knocked-down." It really did help me come to terms with my emotions. Warning - it does take the "this really f*ing sucks" attitude so be aware!

Apparently I can't post links yet, so if you put the title into Google, you should find a link to the author's blog.

Anyone familiar with it?? If you read it, let me know what you think.

I've never heard of it but thanks for sharing! The title certainly sums everything up pretty well!
