Last night I had really heavy AF bleeding, and passed several clots. I remembered that my second cycle after my first m/c was similar in terms of the bleeding, but I still just feel like something isn't right with my body. So, I talked with my OB on the phone this morning, explaining that I had started AF early while still on the progesterone, and just felt like my body wasn't reacting well to the meds. She told me she wants me to have a pelvic u/s done so that she can get a better look at my uterus and spot any potential underlying problems like a fibroid or polyp. I'm thankful I have a proactive OB (love her!), but to be honest, I'm kind of freaked out to hear the results of the u/s. It scares me to think that there could be an underlying problem. I know my chances are good that things will check out perfectly fine, but I can't help but worry. I go in on the morning of the 25th, and am supposed to call my OB the following day for the results.

((HUGS)) I know it's easier said than done but try not to worry. Your OB sounds wonderful and the fact that she wants to do more testing is awesome. If there is a problem 9 chances out of 10 they can fix it. I hope that everything is wonderful and if they do find the problem that it's a simple fix.

I agree it's awesome she wants to look to see if there is another problem.
I had a uterine cyst before DS that they think at that time was one of my biggest issues. And relatively easy to fix.

Your OB sounds wonderful and just because she wants to do further testing or u/s it doesn't mean that she is expecting to find something. Like Katie said 9 out 10 times, it's fixable.
