I started spotting again last night, and am still this morning at CD26. I thought I maybe had implantation bleeding because I spotted at CD24, but I guess not. So, I'm waiting for my period to come any minute now. Since I've been on vitex for the past two months prescribed by my naturopath to increase my progesterone levels, all it's done is delay my ovulation and shorten my luteal phase. I'm angry at her for screwing up two potential cycles, so I am SO DONE with vitex...grrrr...sorry needed to vent

sorry. It really doesn't sound like it has worked to increase your progesterone. Are you against using progesterone supplements after you O?

not really, I really just wanted to try balance my body naturally before trying chemicals. Maybe I'll try supplements. Did you use it? Did it work for you?

I've used progesterone suppositories. This last time they switched me to Crinone (much cleaner). However they never did check my levels before or after, and suppositories don't necessarily put as much in your blood stream, it keeps it where it needs to be. But I'm still pregnant, and I stopped them a week and a half ago.

oh no Nia! Is the spotting really bad? There's still a possibility only when AF comes... so don't lose hope just yet.... Fingers crossed and thinking of you!

I'm sorry the vitex didn't work for you. I have been curious about how it works, so maybe I'll stay away from it.

I took Fertilaid with vitex for a few months. The first month it made my cycle longer by 4 days, the second month shorter by 2 days, the 3rd month back to my regular 28 day cycle. No spotting, no pregnancy either. Good luck, and hope you get your sticky bfp soon!

Thank you all for your support! You guys are amazing!
So...no spotting at all yesterday, and none so far today...hmmm... It's now 10-11dpo. Still not convinced of anything as my bbs are only a little sore, and I went off the vitex...I guess I will have to wait and see...
