Hi ladies:

I am sorry I don't post much around here but rest assured I do lurk often.

I went to the doc's the other day for test results. I had a panel of bloodwork and an ultrasound done after my last m/c. All bloodwork came back normal and I have a small cyst on my right ovary. No big deal.

While my doctor was out of the office I glanced at my chart and noticed that the progesterone blood work I had done on CD21 was a 52. Is that even possible??? I haven't googled it because I promised myself that after my last m/c I wouldn't do that anymore because it stresses me out.

Has anyone else ever heard of high progesterone???

Thanks

Was that a medicated cycle? I know when I'm taking my Femara they expect it to be higher due to that and they also give me progesterone supplements. She never said anything about too high to me so I'm not sure hun.

Would it maybe lower your estrogen? Don't quote me on it, but I've heard that often estrogen and progesterone balance each other. When one gets out of balance, the other often is as well.

Other than taking some homeopathic remedies...no medication.

I was diagnosed with Endo last year which I thought would make my estrogen level high. I guess dr Google will have to be consulted for this one....
