So my last pregnancy only took because I took prometrium. I took it from 3DPO until I was 12 weeks... I am fairly certain that I O'd on Friday. I got a positive OPK (and one the day before) and I had O pains and my temped dipped like a whole degree. The only issue is that my temp didn't go up past my original temps, though it did rise ( and rise again today...) but I think that fertility friend will tell me I O'd on Saturday... Should I start prometrium on Monday or Tuesday? I am not 100% confident in my temps since they are not taken the smae time every day and are taken after 1-3 hours of sleep.....

I say Tuesday as well just to be sure. I've been taking Crinone since 2dpo (I did IUI with trigger shot) and I'm still taking it at 17 weeks. Every time they try to take me off I start contracting. I hope you get your sticky bfp quickly!

My OB recommends 2 days after your last positive OPK.

I say Tuesday just to be sure... You don't want to risk stopping the ovulation.
