Hi everyone! Im Lindsey and I have two beautiful girls, Riley will be 4 in December and Alexis just turned 2. I had a miscarriage at 16 weeks in August with a baby boy. My DH and I wanted a boy so bad and the surprise loss was such a shock. I went in for my 16 week appt and there was no heartbeat and I went to the appt alone. Definitely the shock of my life.
Anyway, this is our first month TTC and I am so nervous. I really hope I can come here and gain support from you ladies because Im scared. They docs said they couldn't find a reason for my loss so you know how your mind wanders and I just don't want to think negative thoughts my entire next pregnancy. I want to enjoy it in case it is my last.
Thanks for reading and I look forward to talking to you all

I'm so sorry Lindsey about your loss. I can't even imagine what a 16 week loss would feel like.
I've been on this roller coaster since last January/February. Found out that our baby had died in January at nearly 10 weeks and lost the baby in February at nealy 12 weeks. We've been trying for these past nearly 7 months now with one failure after the other!
Hope that you will soon get another bfp with a super sticky baby this time around.

Hi, Lindsay. I'm Adrienne (32), and DH is William (31), and we've been TTC our first since July, with an early loss last cycle.
I can't imagine how difficult your loss must have been, but your positive attitude is absolutely inspirational. I hope you get your sticky BFP very soon.

Would be so cool to join the July DDC together! Definitely get a new siggy! After the loss last cycle, I decided to get one. Fresh start, you know? Oh, your daughters are absolutely adorable.

Hi Lindsey. I'm Ashley, fairly new here.... So sorry for your loss. I had a very similar situation, I lost my little bean at 11 weeks, bc no heartbeat. I was also alone at that appointment, worst day of my life, thus far. We are still TTC #1
I love this place, for the support and advice... hope you get you BFP soon!
PS ... Your little girls are so cute!

Thanks ladies for making me feel welcomed. Im sorry we all have this in common but Im so greatful for a place like this. None of my close friends have had a miscarriage and I don't think you can grasp the feeling of having a loss (or losses) until it has happened to you.

Welcome! I am Valerie and just joined about a week ago myself after an early loss. These girls are very supportive and I agree that it is nice to be somewhere where others understand because not very many people in my real life understand.

Hi, Lindsey! Welcome! So sorry about your loss. I just lost and delivered my 16w5d old baby 13 days ago. I'm not TTC yet, but I'm excited to get started again when my doc gives me the go ahead. I look forward to getting to know you.
