We had nothing this weekend and was so glad about it! We have had things going on every weekend for a while and it was nice to just be lazy, get some chores done around the house and hang with my family.

We had absolutely nothing planned this weekend... and it was awesome.
We had a horror movie marathon yesterday. Today, I made breakfast, and we'll be watching football most of the day. Our Eagles play the Sunday night game. I'm getting ready to leave in just a bit to get groceries. And I'll be doing a few loads of laundry and miscellaneous household chores today.
Otherwise, this is a lazy weekend before a crazy hectic work week for the both of us.

I had a fun but exhausting weekend! We drove down to Salem, MA and participated in a ton of the fun Halloween activities they had there. It was great! The only problem was the weather turned nasty last night. We dressed up, but it was pretty much a bust because it was so cold, wet, & windy that we had to cover up with our winter coats. Other than that, it was a good time. I bought a pregnancy candle and also a fertility spell pouch that I will check out tomorrow. I figure I'll try anything at this point. Today we went to that corn maze where the people got lost and called 911. I have NO idea how they managed to get that lost. It was not as daunting as they made it out to be. It was a lot of fun though.
The highlights for me were the amazing fried pickles and meeting Tony Moran, the original Michael Myers. He was super nice. I wonder if I'll still be scared of Michael Myers now. I'll have to watch the movie again and see. Here are a couple of pics (sorry they're so big):

LOL! I'm not that brave! I love scary movies, but I always have to watch a good batch of sitcoms after I watch one! Plus, half the time while I'm watching them, I have my hands over my eyes!

I used to be scared, but my husband is such a fan that I learned to love them too. I have totally become desensitized to most. We had a horror movie marathon yesterday, and we usually watch at least one horror movie a week.
And, yes, Michael Myers is absolutely terrifying. I'm jealous that you met the actor.
We love The Walking Dead. It's about time they put some horror series on TV.

DH and I acted like we were in our early 20s again. LOL Yesterday evening we got a babysitter and went with my brother and SIL out to eat and then to a haunted house. It was ridiculously scary!! Then we headed to our college alum and spent the rest of the evening bar hopping like college kids. lol
The world was still spinning when I woke up this morning, I am for sure not 21 anymore. HAHAAHA

I haven't seen The Walking Dead. It sounds good! We watched the new show Grimm and that was good...it had a nice mix of drama, thriller, and humor.

It is a big slap of reality when the hangovers start getting worse! Every once in a while, I forget that I can't handle it as well anymore and it is brutal! It sounds like you had a great time though!
