I'm nearly crying over here!!!! Went for another follie scan and it has grown!!! It is in the triggerable area now. From Friday's 16.5 today it was an 18.4
I nearly ended up crying on the couch!!! Even the lining has thickened. From a 0.53 it has thickened to a 1.13

Lindz the follie size shows how big the follicle is. When clomid has been used it needs to be 18 or more in order to be able to trigger it (so that is it released). Don't have any idea about the sizes when it's a natural cycle though.
The lining anything above 1 helps to give more chance for the baby to stick.
Until last Friday and Saturday they were both on the wrong side - one too small and the other too thin

OB finally emailed back - going to trigger today. Waiting for my GP to open. There's nothing that's going to convince me to stick that needle myself 
Hopefully this cycle will end in a BFP now! God knows how much I need it!!!

Thanks Lindsey!!! Hopefully this will be it!!!!! I do not want to switch to Gonal F and if I don't get pregnant now or next cycle with soy that is what I'll have to go to :'( and I don't want to

Just came back from GP. She gave me the trigger and for the first time I didn't even feel the needle going in
now we wait and we DTD like crazy monkeys (again)

Thanks Zoey1981 Hopefully we will manage to get pregnant this time. I really can't understand what is going wrong. The trigger is working - I do get positive HPT's - it seems that when it comes to my body to do its job that we're failing.
