Hello. So I miscarried naturally on October 6th me and my Dh decided we were going to wait till November to try again. Well we only waited two weeks after miscarriage. Could it be possible that I could be prego? I heard that you can be very fertile after you miscarry. We had sex on the 21st when should I start testing????

It's kind of hard to say. The cycle after a m/c can be strange. How long are your cycles usually? Do you know the length of your LP?

Any idea when you ovulated? You would have possibly been within the time frame. It just depends though. Adrienne is right about cycles getting kind of messed up after a mc. As far as testing, if you ovulated around the 21st, I'd start testing today or tomorrow and see if anything shows up.

Well we had sex for the first time since miscarriage on the 21st. So I have no idea before I got prego I had an iud and my cycles were regular and I knew when I was going to start I would usually start around the 15th or 16th of every month. So it could be possible that I was ovulating around the time we had sex.

Do you know if your hcg dropped all the way? cuz sometimes it can take awhile to drop, and even if you test, you'll get a positive result til it goes down below 5.

i think it is possible to get preg. again 2 weeks after a miscarriage if you're one of the lucky ones whose cycle gets back on track right away, and if you had a quick, complication-free miscarriage and a fast drop in hcg.

You could have ovulated two weeks after. Let me share my cycles and maybe that will help. Cycle 1: O'ed on CD 17. Cycle 2: O'ed22 (delayed O for some reason. Almost had full OPK surge 4 days before and had EWCM, but it didn't happen. Still got pregnant that cycle.) I lost the baby at 6 1/2 weeks. It took about two weeks to get back down to 0. First cycle after m/c I O'ed CD 24. HTH!

Oh no!!! Not you! I remember you from my DDC. Anyhoo, in my case I M/C'd naturally on September 15th, and I had really inconsistent temps until I had my first A/F, and I actually thought I O'ed during that time. It takes a while for HCG to go down apparently from what I hear, but you know your body best. Keep us posted!

It's really hard to say. I would start testing tomorrow. If nothing else you could always call your doctor and have them order a blood test.

It will be easier to track how things are going. I tried again right away too after the M/C, but my temps were completely whacky and all over the place, and I couldn't figure out if I O'ed or not, I suspect actually not, so once I got my first AF everything has been pretty normal, and easier to track, so we're trying 'for realsies' this cycle.

Good luck! Baby dust to you!

Sorry you got AF. I do not even think I ovulated after my last loss. The cycle after that one though I had a good strong ovulation. I hope next month is your cycle.
