How does that affect you?
Do you like it/dislike it?
Does it mess up your sleep schedule?

The baby doesn't observe DST, so she was up at 5am yesterday. She didn't nap, and went to bed at 6pm. I officially hate DST. Once we get used to it, I guess it'll be ok, but it's going to be a rough few days.

I have been very lucky, DD has always handled DST very well and it doesn't mess with her schedule or mine so I don't mind it.

How does that affect you? It does because it now gets dark out so early that I have no time to do things in the evenings after work
Do you like it/dislike it? I very much dislike it

I used to love DST before I had kids. lol

My son has been up at 5-5:30am the past couple days and then they get extra cranky at night when it's bedtime.

How does that affect you? I hate how early it darks now. I wish it could stay light longer.
Do you like it/dislike it? I dislike
Does it mess up your sleep schedule? I am tired all the time so I don't think it messes with it that much.

How does that affect you? I love the "extra" hour of sleep...but it only lasts a short time
Do you like it/dislike it? I like how I feel when I wake up more, but I HATE that it gets dark so early! It makes me more tired earlier and that I've lost a ton of my day.
Does it mess up your sleep schedule? In the fall, it doesn't mess me up to bad...in the spring, it is awful!! It takes me a couple of weeks to get used to it.

How does that affect you? It doesn't really affect me too much.

Do you like it/dislike it? I'm fairly indifferent, but it is a drag to be dark when I'm heading home from work. I enjoy running for exercise in the evenings. While I have a nice neighborhood, we do have coyotes and a lot of cars driving around as well. So running in the dark makes me nervous. So it totally screws with my exercise schedule.

Does it mess up your sleep schedule? No.
