I'm really not sure what to expect. For the most part I always O'd on time after my m/c, or maybe just a few days late. After I had Kennedy my cycles were REALLY irregular, because I was pumping/BFing. I had 2 very early losses, but since I was Oing so late (CD24-32) it didn't matter. Now, I'm not pumping and I'm on CD19 after a loss at around 4.5 weeks. I've had no EWCM (usually have a lot) and my OPKs have been negative, but my temps went up the past two days. I don't get it, and I'm getting really frustrated. I thought my cycles would get back to normal now that I'm not pumping.

I had my loss at 4 1/2 weeks, and I O'd at my normal time the next cycle. However I had a lot more fertile CM leading up to it. Like 9 days' worth. It was definitely weird, but overall a fairly regular cycle.

If you click on my chart link below you can see this cycle which is just after m/c at 6 1/2 weeks. Previous cycles I O'ed on CD 22(delayed) and generally O about CD 17.

After my M/C, I had a lot of EWCM two weeks afterward, but no positive OPKs. My temps were ridiculous all over the place and everything was whacky. I even had some pg symptoms, I was just confused. Honestly though, I think it was just my body going back to normal. Then I had AF, and I had a positive OPK this morning, so I'm pretty sure that this is my first ovulation since the M/C. I miscarried naturally on September 15th at 9 weeks 2 days.

After each of my losses it's been different. It varied from 7 days after I miscarried to actually having to have meds to bring AF back to get my body back on track. I hope your body jumps back quickly.
