I started with brown/red bleeding Oct. 12th. It got really strong Oct. 17th and my numbers were still slowly increasing until they finally started dropping Oct. 21st and my bleeding stopped Oct. 23rd.

Well I still had to wear a pantyliner because my cm was still a lot. Then I started spotting again only 6 days later and it has increased and gone down but not much heavier than a light period since Oct. 29th. I am still wearing a pantyliner with brown blood. I'm just wondering if because I am letting this go naturally it is taking so much longer or if there is something wrong going on.

You all understand how much you just want it to be all over, but I feel like it is dragging on forever. It will be 4 weeks on Wednesday that this has been going on. UGH! (Not to mention poor DH....)

I would call your doc. I don't know what "normal" is when it comes to early miscarriages but mine was at 5w3d and it only lasted 5 days. My numbers went down and the day I started bleeding, my beta was already a 5. Like I said, I am not a doctor and have no idea what is normal, but I would call just to be sure. Sorry you are going thru this HUGS

I would call your doc and see if they can do an ultrasound. All of mine have been 10 days or less of bleeding. I'm sorry you're going through this. I can't imagine it dragging on for so long.

I agree, I would call your doctor. The bleeding was pretty much done within a week with both of my natural miscarriages. Then my first 2 AF's after the m/c's were extremely heavy before my body got entirely back to normal.

Ditto about calling the doctor. Mine was definitely earlier than yours, but it only lasted about three days of heavy flow and two days of spotting. Sorry this is prolonged.

Thanks ladies, I got bloodwork done today (hopefully my last) to check my numbers again so she will probably call me tomorrow and I will ask her then. I was just wondering if it was AF starting but it has just lasted way too long.

If you feel like something is off then it is best to call your doctor. But honestly as long as your not having symptoms of an infection it probably is your body just naturally letting everything go. I know it is really frustrating especially when you just want it to be over so you can start trying again.

I would also call the doctor. I bled for a little less than a week, and it was pretty heavy most of the time until the very end. It seems like more should have happened more quickly for you, but everyone is different... still it seems like a professional opinion would be the best thing!

Meeeeee. I'm having the longest natural miscarriage ever. Found out I was pregnant on Sept 13, began bleeding Sept 19. Stopped bleeding Sept 26. Had some spotting the following week. My numbers kept rising until a week ago. I began bleeding again on Oct. Oct. 29 and am still bleeding. But...my numbers finally went down and hopefully will keep going down. I'm thinking the bleeding for me will finally stop in the next few days.. I think it just takes longer for some. I hope you get answers soon. The waiting really sucks.

Call the doc. I'm going on 11 days, with the past two being spotting.

I would call the doctor but for me my second m/c it took me like two months (had bleeding each month around the time of my period just late and with brown blood). I had some tissue that was holding on keeping my body thinking it was pg. Even though I was technically not. My u/s showed nothing.

I had spotting, then heavy bleeding for a couple of hours then spotting for weeks. It was definitely annoying, but it did end eventually.

My numbers only dropped from 143 last week to 108 this week. UGH I thought for sure since they dropped from 273 to 143 the previous week it would be close down to 0. So I go back again next week. The spotting has stopped again and I have what feels like O cramps. Weird. She said spotting for a while is normal until my numbers are back to normal. Guess it's just a long m/c

I bled for a little over 2 weeks with my second miscarriage. I honestly thought it would never stop. It was only heavy at the beginning and it kind of stopped for a day or two and then started back up again as brown, nasty spotting and light flow for another week. I hope things return to normal for you soon!
